The Sadler's Wells complex includes three rehearsal studios, which all have sprung floors, natural daylight, and sound-proofed walls. This complex is accessed from the ground floor via the stage door lift.

The studios can also be used as breakout meeting areas or reception areas for conferences being held in the Lilian Baylis; ideal for organisers wishing to capture the backstage atmosphere.
